The Power of Fresh Food


Americans in general are not suffering from vitamin deficiencies, rather from whole food deficiencies. It seems like every time you turn around there is some new component in the thousands of nutrients found in fresh fruits and vegetables that is being hailed for it’s health benefits. Things like antioxidants, vitamins and phytonutrients.

Just how beneficial is taking synthesized forms of these nutrients? When we separate out one nutrient from other nutrients, and take a supplement of that particular one… very often something has been removed that assists in assimilation or using that nutrient.    Science is just beginning to discover how these nutritional elements work together.

Eating fresh whole fruits and vegetables provides you with thousands of nutrients, existing in a balance naturally complementing each other.
